Corazon project coming to Austin

AUSTIN – Construction has begun on the Corazon project at 1000 E 5th St. The project consist of a 257,486 sf vertical mixed-use building which includes 189,154 sf of apartment space, 11,293 of retail space, and 4,770 sf of restaurant space.

The plan calls for 50 efficiency units, 166 one-bedroom units and 40 two-bedroom units. All parking associated with the project will be located sub-surface.
