AUSTIN – SVTC Technologies LLC, 2706 Montopolis Dr., is scaling back its Austin operations and permanently laying off 105 local workers. The job cuts will take place between November 17 and December 1.
Saks Inc. is closing its 52,000-sf Saks Fifth Avenue store at the Arboretum Market in Northwest Austin by the end of the year. About 64 workers will be affected by the store closing.
