Designer Stone buys Brittmoore Park facility in Houston

HOUSTON – Designer Stone Center Inc. has acquired the industrial building at 11811 Brittmoore Park Dr. from Pointsmith for nearly $3.58 million or $35 per sf. The buyer will move its business to the new location.

The 102,625-sf, Class B structure was built in 1999. The property, which had been vacant for about two years, is on 4.39 acres in the West Outer Loop Industrial submarket.
