Downtown Real Estate Update: Houston 3Q 2012

HOUSTON – Central Houston Inc. has released its Downtown Real Estate Update for third quarter 2012. Here are some highlights:

• Superior Energy leased 50,000 sf in the Kinder Morgan Building, located at 1001 Louisiana.
• Ziegler Cooper Architects will relocate and expand to 25,000 sf on the third floor in Bank of America Center, located at 700 Louisiana.
• The 92-room Hotel Alden, built in 1924 and located at 1117 Prairie, has been purchased by American Liberty Hospitality, which also owns and operates the 262-room downtown Embassy Suites.
