Quorum leases in Houston’s BG Group Place

HOUSTON – Quorum Business Solutions Inc. has relocated its Houston headquarters from 3010 Briarpark Dr. in the Westchase District to BG Group Place at 811 Main St. in downtown.

The software and consulting solutions company has leased more than 53,000 sf over two full floors. Quorum currently employs 225 people at its Houston location.

The 42-story BG Group Place was developed by Hines and completed in 2011. It is certified as LEED Platinum for Core and Shell — the first such certification in Texas. BG Group Plc leases 354,000 sf in the building, and KPMG is another major tenant.
