FORT HOOD AREA – Home sales dropped 34 percent with 175 sales in September compared to 269 in August 2012, according to the Fort Hood Area Association of Realtors.
The area home prices are 8 percent higher than they were in September 2011. The median home price in September was $129,000. In September 2011, it was $120,000.
