HOUSTON – Grant Thornton LLP has relocated its Houston office to a 40,994-sf spot in Pennzoil Place at 700 Milam St.
The accounting firm’s 250 Houston employees have been moved from the previous space at Three Allen Center. The new space can accommodate up to 400 employees. The space also includes two cafés and a wellness room and is seeking LEED Silver certification.
