Bee Cave Field of Dreams, a player on the market

BEE CAVE – To accommodate a rapidly growing number of participants, Lake Travis Youth Association wants to sell its Field of Dreams sports complex. The complex is located on a 19.5-acre site at 13925 W. SH 71, about a mile west of the Hill Country Galleria shopping center.

No price has been put on the land, however, sites nearby are priced at about $10 per sf.

There are more than 4,000 participants in the association, which offers softball, soccer, baseball, football, tennis, golf, volleyball and cheer.

The nonprofit organization has hired Carlotta McLean with Land Advisors Organization and Parker Estes with The Weitzman Group to sell the property.
