HOUSTON – Transwestern is set to break ground on a 384,900-sf speculative industrial complex on 30 acres in the Mason Creek Corporate Center, located in the Energy Corridor submarket at I-10 and Mason Rd.
Construction on the speculative industrial complex will commence in November, with delivery set for third quarter 2013. The Transwestern project will be situated on Park Row on the north side of the center and will consist of five buildings:
- Building I — 45,000-sf, 24’ clear, rear load building
- Building II — 64,350-sf, 24’ clear, rear load building
- Building III — 121,500-sf, 28’ clear, cross dock building
- Building IV — 79,950-sf, 24’ clear, front load building
- Building V — 74,100-sf, 28’ clear, front load building
The 110-acre Mason Creek Corporate Center is a master-planned land development, under ownership of Parkside Capital LLC.
