Liberty Central Green spec in N. Houston

HOUSTON – Liberty Property Trust is set to break ground on Liberty 10 at Central Green, a new 163,600-sf warehouse and distribution facility at 16330 Central Green Blvd, near George Bush International Airport.

The speculative development is being built on a 25-acre site at Central Green Business Park.

The single-story facility will include 47 truck docks, parking for 214 vehicles, 160,600 sf of warehouse space and 3,000 sf of office space. It is designed to accommodate either a single tenant or multiple tenants. The building is registered for LEED Core and Shell certification.
