PEARLAND – After leasing up the first phase of Shadow Creek Business Center, at 11233 Shadow Creek Pkwy., ZT Group is planning to start a second phase building.
That phase will be a four-story, 80,000-sf building, located just west of Hwy. 288 on Shadow Creek Pkwy.
Phase I is fully leased with tenants that include Delta Rigging, Hatch Mott McDonald, Executive Suites, Switch Beers Enterprises.
