New Brookshire’s in store for Ennis

ENNIS – Construction recently started at the site of the new Ennis Brookshire’s Grocery Store. The store will be 37,400 sf and cost approximately $4 million.

Located on seven acres in the 2300 block of Ennis Ave., the store will include a bakery, deli and pharmacy with a drive-thru window along with a new fuel center. The site also provides the new store with 12,000 sf for future expansion.

Brookshire’s Grocery Company started in 84 years ago. Now the company has over 152 stores in Texas and employs almost 13,000.
