KILLEEN – The City of Killeen plans to break ground in December on a $2.8 million Street Services Administration Building. The 10,450-sf building is planned to open by April 2014.

The one-story building will house department offices, training classrooms, a sign shop and the control computers for the city’s traffic signals.

The building was designed after the five-year-old Public Waste Building, which is located across the street from the proposed site on Little Nolan Rd.
