BEE CAVE - Construction has started on a new building at the Hill Country Galleria that will add 58,000 sf of office space at the mixed-use development in Bee Cave....
BEE CAVE – Construction has started on a new building at the Hill Country Galleria that will add 58,000 sf of office space at the mixed-use development in Bee Cave. The three-story building, located at 13413 Galleria Circle, is estimated to cost $5.6 million, according to state filings.
Stream Realty Partners will be the leasing agents. The building is expected to be completed in June 2013.
