HOUSTON - Franklin Street Properties Corp. is set to close in November on the acquisition of Granite Westchase I & II located at 10350 and 10370 Richmond Ave. The purchase price is $154.8 million.
The Class A office complex is comprised of two LEED Silver-Certified, institutional-quality office towers offering a total of 629,022 net rentable sf.
The 14-story towers are 95 percent leased to numerous tenants.
