WACO – Providence and Johnson Development will break ground this fall on a $16 million, 60,000-sf medical office facility. The facility will be located on the campus of Providence Healthcare Network at Otis Dr. and US 84.

The two-story building will serve physicians and make it more convenient for outpatients to attend therapy sessions. The facility will also offer physical, speech and occupational therapy at the site.

The medical facility is already 95 percent preleased and is scheduled to open in fall of 2013.
