DALLAS – Regions Tower, at 1111 Mockingbird Ln., has been acquired by developer Leobardo Trevino, through an affiliate of Dallas-based The Ricchi Group LLC.
Trevino plans to spend nearly $3 million upgrading the 267,352-sf office building by early summer 2013.
The building sits on nearly ten acres near the intersection of Mockingbird Ln., I-35E and SH 183.
