AUSTIN – The three-story Remington Apartment Homes building has sold. Completed in 1997, the 344-unit Class B building is on 17 acres at 335 Cypress Creek Rd. close to Lakeline Mall and The Domain. It totals 321,712 sf. The complex is located on 17.4 acres along SH 45 and US 183.
The Remington was built 2007 and has seen above-average occupancy every year.
The seller was Koontz McCombs. The buyer is a private investor from the Pacific Northwest.
