Dallas’ Energy Square’s $10M reboot

DALLAS – The three-building Energy Square office complex, located near N. Central Expy. and University Dr., is about 85 percent through an estimated $10 million redevelopment.

Champion Partners Ltd. and Lincoln Property Co. purchased the 953,622-sf, three-building office complex in 2011 for an estimated $95 million.
