PLANO – Mobile Fixture & Equipment Co. is expanding in North Texas with a new 23,979-sf distribution center at 1701 E. Plano Pkwy. The new location will be the Alabama-based kitchen equipment company’s fourth distribution center.
With the new lease, the three-building Plano Parkway/190 Business Center project is now 93 percent leased.
