Helix Energy leases W. Houston spec office

HOUSTON – Core Real Estate LLC has signed Helix Energy Solutions Group as its first tenant in its new spec office building at 3505 W. Sam Houston Pkwy. N.

Helix will lease 118,630 sf in the 227,000-sf building, called 8 West Centre. Helix will be the lead tenant and will occupy more than half of the four-story tiltwall building. It will relocate its corporate headquarters and administrative offices from 400 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. E. in July.

The building is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
