The Springs of San Angelo to open on Grand Court
SAN ANGELO – The $3.7 million Springs of San Angelo, located at 6102 Grand Court, is scheduled to open later in November. It will ultimately house 66 residents who can choose from ten private and 28 semi-private rooms. When fully staffed, The Springs will employ more than 50 people.
The Springs — which will offer services for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients — will offer a higher-than-average staff-to-resident ratio and there will be 24-hour licensed nurses on staff, according to Lori Smith San Angelo’s facility administrator.
Each room is fully furnished with a double, super-long bed, dresser and nightstand. It is a state-of-the-art facility with the safety of its residents in mind, with motion detectors in each room and security entrances and exits.
