GRAPEVINE, COLLEYVILLE, SOUTHLAKE - Area cities, like the rest of Texas, are in the midst of a housing recovery with low inventory of existing homes resulting in higher prices for sellers.

Average home prices for Grapevine was $243,325, in Colleyville the average price was $510,856, while in Southlake the average price was $583,068.

Although the market is improving for the seller, with interest rates hovering around 3.5 percent, the market is still good for buyers as well.
