GREATER SAN ANTONIO AREA - The San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) reports the median price of existing single-family homes remained at $150,000 in October 2012 compared to the same amount in September 2012.

Existing single-family home sales decreased 3.8 percent from September 2012 for an October 2012 total of 1,383 sold units.

Condos increased in price to $109,400, up 31.8 percent versus September 2012. Existing condo sales increased 6.1 percent in October 2012 over September 2012 for a total of 52 sold units.
