Georgetown: Summit at Rivery Park hotel

GEORGETOWN – The Summit at Rivery Park, a 32-acre mixed-use development located on Rivery Blvd., will soon get a Sheraton Hotel. The approximately $60 million hotel will feature 225 rooms and a 53,000-sf conference center.

Initial construction on the site to install infrastructure is expected to begin in the spring. Hotel construction could begin in summer 2013 with completion by September 2015.

Plans for The Summit at Rivery Park also include 80,000 sf of retail space, 20,000 sf of restaurant space and 223-multifamily units.
