Grant for military vehicle training in Texarkana

TEXARKANA, TEX. - Texarkana Community College received a $300,000 grant donation from the Horace C. Cabe Foundation to benefit the Texamericas Center.

The grant will be doled out in increments of $100,000 a year for the next three years. Located near the Red River Army Depot, the center is designed to educate and train both the workforce and students to work on various military vehicles.
