The average sales price for residential homes was $185,963, up 9.7 percent versus April 2014 when it was $169,463.
The median price of residential homes was $170,000, up 11.1 percent versus April 2014 when it was $153,000.
Total sales of residential homes in Victoria MLS for April 2015 was 893, 4.4 percent (41 homes) less than April 2014.
The average Days on Market for residential homes for April 2015 was 84, 7.7 percent shorter than the same period last year.
Total building permits for Victoria city limits for April 2015 were 161, up 30.9 percent compared to April 2014 when the number of permits was 123.
