Live Oak-Gottesman purchases Network Crossing

SAN ANTONIO – Live Oak-Gottesman, based in Austin, closed on another office building purchase — Network Crossing. The property spans 143,831 sf over five buildings at 5253 Prue Rd. in Northwest San Antonio.

The flex-office development is 89 percent occupied. The property was assessed at $4.5 million, according to Bexar County Appraisal District.

The Network Crossing purchase marks Live Oak-Gottesman’s sixth acquisition in the San Antonio commercial real estate sector and the second in 2012. Six months ago the firm closed on Centre Plaza, a 138,265-sf office building located along Loop 410.
