AUSTIN – GenCap Partners Inc. has broken ground on The Park at Lakeline in Northwest Austin. The 352-unit luxury apartment community is located on 25 acres at 2800 and 2850 S. Lakeline Blvd. near the Lakeline Mall.
The first units will be delivered in second quarter 2013 with total completion set for the end of 2013.
GenCap Partners arranged $30 million in construction debt and equity financing.
