KELLER – Atlanta-based Cortland Partners has purchased a $154 million, 1,435-unit multifamily real estate portfolio, which includes the Watervue Apartment Homes located at 8660 N. Beach St. near Alliance Airport.
The deal was financed with money from The Netherlands, Israel and domestic sources from the United States.
