Live Oak Assisted Living opens in Montgomery

MONTGOMERY – Live Oak Assisted Living, a 42,000-sf facility at 115 Lone Star Bend, opened its doors in Montgomery.

The 47-unit facility has ten 440-sf studio apartments, 34 one-bedroom, 550-sf units, and three two-bedroom, 775-sf apartments. The property also has two guest suites. Construction costs were estimated at $4.7 million, according to public filings.

Live Oak will house 64 residents at full capacity and will employ 20-25 people when filled.

The facility provides assistance to senior citizens or physically impaired individuals that would find maintaining a household difficult.
