Valley Ridge buys 26 acres in Lewisville

LEWISVILLE – Valley Ridge Partners LLC has acquired 36 acres situated between Mills St. and Kealy St., just south of Lake Lewisville. Six of the acres will be given back to the City of Lewisville to extend Valley Ridge Blvd. to Lake Lewisvile.

The Kansas Southern Railroad and DCTA Railroad border the northern and southern sides of the property, respectively. Also, the land is flanked by numerous industrial buildings, adding to its development potential.
