Domicilio buys Brookhollow Atrium in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO – Domicilio BA LLC purchased the Brookhollow Atrium in North Central San Antonio. The Class B, 38,000-sf office building is located at 1000 Central Pkwy. North. The building was brought to 100 percent occupancy earlier this year.

The Class A office market has seen a lot of activity on the leasing side, forcing move-ups in rent. This has led many investors to now turn their attention to the Class B office properties.
