IRVING, PLANO – Houston-based investor Boxer Property has purchased two Dallas-area buildings bringing their Dallas portfolio to 700,000 sf, with over 3 million sf nationally.

The largest of the acquisitions is the 13-story Bank of America Tower near North Central Expy. in Plano. The 225,445-sf building at 101 E. Park Blvd. is more than 80 percent leased.

Boxer also purchased Rochelle Park, a three-story, 80,418-sf office building in Las Colinas that is 80 percent leased. The building, 600 E. Carpenter Fwy., overlooks Las Colinas Country Club.
