New Mexico goes two-steppin’ in SA and Houston
SAN ANTONIO, HOUSTON – Rosemont Realty LLC has purchased two office buildings in Texas as part of a four-property acquisition.
In San Antonio, Rosemont acquired the 140,986-sf One Thousand Oaks office building. Located at 16414 San Pedro Ave., the Class B property is appraised at $13 million, according to the Bexar Appraisal District.
In Houston, the company purchased the 112,368-sf Ashford East office building. Located at 1160 Dairy Ashford, the Class B property is appraised at $7.8 million, according to the Harris County Appraisal District.
The other properties in the deal include the Class A, 300,012-sf One Federal Place in Birmingham, Ala. and the Class A, 167,206-sf Cole Center at Denver West complex in Denver, Colo.
Rosemont has been on a buying spree in the Southwest since the company was acquired from BGK Group three years ago, and much of the company’s new assets have been in Texas.
The Santa Fe-based company has acquired more than 4 million sf of Class A/B office space in the past 12 months.
