HOUSTON – The 119,127-sf 4900 Woodway office building in Houston’s West Loop area has been sold by Fidelis Realty Partners Ltd. and BayNorth Capital LLC to 49 Woodway LLC.

The building is situated on 1.3 acres immediately west of Loop 610 in Houston’s Galleria/Uptown submarket and is 90.7 percent leased.
