SAN ANTONIO - Housing prices in San Antonio may be on the rise, but the Alamo City still remains one of the most affordable residential markets, according to the Home Listing Report produced by Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC.

Out of the some 2,500 markets surveyed by Coldwell Banker, San Antonio came in at No. 661. A four-bedroom, two-bath home here lists for $182,585.

The rankings are based on the average listing price of a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in a given market.

Texas made the top ten in terms of most affordable states. A four-bedroom, two-bathroom house in the Lone Star State currently lists at $186,144.
