SAN ANTONIO – The 216-unit Ashley Oaks apartments, 16400 Henderson Pass, has sold for $30.79 million.
The complex was built out in two phases — with the first 216 units entering the market in 1985 and another 246 added in 1995.
Steadfast Income REIT Inc. invested roughly $68 million on its latest round of buys — which includes one community each in Roselle and Palatine, Ill.; and the one community in North Central San Antonio.
