141-Unit Heritage trades in Amarillo

AMARILLO – New Hampshire-based R.J. Finlay & Co. has acquired the 141-unit Heritage House Apartments at 3318 South Western St. The property, which is situated on six acres, will be rebranded as The Granite at Olsen Park.

The Granite at Olsen Park has one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom townhomes with floor plans from 600 sf to 1,300 sf. Some units have private, enclosed yards, fireplaces and vaulted ceilings.

This company also owns the 144-unit Town Parc at Amarillo.
