GRAND PRAIRIE – Simon Property Group Inc. has completed the acquisition of 417,000-sf Paragon Outlets Grand Prairie at 2950 W. I-20. The center will be renamed Grand Prairie Premium Outlets.
The center opened in August of 2012 and is 100 percent leased, and home to more than 100 leading designer and name brand outlet stores.
