HOUSTON – Hunington Properties Inc. has sold an 82,868-sf retail property, consisting of one freestanding retail building on almost seven acres.
The property is just south of the Almeda Mall and was formerly a Home Depot. It is part of an adjacent center that includes tenants such as Gringo’s Mexican Kitchen and Fitness Connection.
The buyer, a local investor, plans to redevelop the site.
