Clarion picks up Westchase Park in Houston

HOUSTON – Simmons Vedder Partners and O’Connor Capital Partners have sold Westchase Park — a 272,361-sf, Class A office building in Houston’s Westchase District — to Clarion Partners.

The six-story Westchase Park building is located on 8.2 acres at 3700 W. Sam Houston Pkwy. between Richmond and Westpark Dr. and includes a 1,089-space parking garage. It is 98.4 percent leased to eight tenants including ABB and MetLife.

Clarion also purchased seven acres of land next to the site for a future office development project as part of the transaction.
