ARLINGTON - Longtime Fort Worth antique dealer G.L. "Buck" Harris has purchased a 363,000-sf portion of the former Six Flags Mall, and 25 acres at 2911 E. Division St. The property cost between $5 and $6 million.

Harris intends to transform the 25.57-acre property into a Hispanic-oriented mall called Plaza Central with about 100 primary tenants and 100 merchant booths.

Renovations are estimated to cost upward of $3 million, and once the project is profitable, Harris plans to donate the property to the Christian organization Youth With a Mission.
