RICHARDSON – Dallas-based KDC announced it will acquire 186 acres by the end of the year for a $1.5 billion master-planned project. The project will be located near the intersection of President George Bush Turnpike and North Central Expy.

The plan calls for build-to-suit office buildings, an integrated health care facility, 3,925 apartment units, hotels, retail and restaurants. The development is also adjacent to the DART’s Bush Turnpike Station. The project will be the largest in KDC’s history.

Richardson City Council approved a zoning change for the acreage, making the development possible.
