SAN MARCOS – Hays County has sold two vacant buildings in downtown San Marcos totaling 42,819 sf to two Austin-based investors.

The larger of the two buildings, formerly the Hays County Justice Center, is located at 110 East Martin Luther King Dr. and totals 39,527 sf. The other building, at 302 West San Antonio St., is 3,292 sf and previously housed the Hays County Juvenile Justice Center.

CBRE Austin’s Private Capital Group represented the seller in the transaction.
