Taylor Morrison’s Darling purchase in Frisco

FRISCO – Darling Homes has entered into a purchase agreement to be acquired by Arizona-based home builder Taylor Morrison. In a written statement by Taylor Morrison, Darling and Taylor Morrison will operate as complementary brands.

The Texas home builder caters to the move-up buyer and builds homes in 28 DFW and Houston area communities.
