SAN MARCOS – The City of San Marcos issued 94 new permits in November with 51 being commercial and 43 residential for a total valuation of $5,418,067. That amount is down from October’s total of $17,177,099 and another drop since September’s robust month at $19,986,468.
New residential permits were also exclusively new single family-home construction with a total of 18 new homes starting construction. Total value of all 18 homes is listed as $2,525,070.
