AUSTIN – The 11-story, 118,643-sf Lavaca Plaza at 504 Lavaca St. has been sold to New York-based Brickman. The property is valued at $27.3 million, according to Travis Central Appraisal District.

At the time of closing, the building was about 80 percent occupied. Tenants include Chase Bank, Centene Corp., Cenpatico Behavioral Health, Continental Court Reporters and Public Consulting Group.

Brickman is a New York real estate investment company.
