FORT WORTH – Wise Regional Health System has started construction on the 29,000-sf Parkway Surgical and Cardiovascular Hospital. The facility is expected to open in late 2013 and is located at the 3000 block of N. Tarrant Pkwy. near the Alliance area.

The hospital will focus on minimally invasive spine, cardiac and vascular services, but will also offer plastic and bariatric surgery. The facility will include four operating rooms, two procedure rooms, 12 inpatient beds and an emergency department.

Office Equity Solutions also plans to build a 20,000-sf office building adjacent to the hospital.
