Aztec Systems, Toutatis to merge, open 250-job Dallas center

DALLAS – Carrollton-based Aztec Systems plans to merge with South America’s Toutatis Client Services do Brasil S.A. The deal will result in a new multilingual shared services center that will create 250 jobs.

The combined company — Toutatis Aztec Solutions LLC — will be based in Dallas and will have around 750 employees throughout the Americas.

Toutatis Aztec Solutions will offer a range of outsourcing services in areas like human resources, finance and accounting, procurement and information technology, along with data hosting.
